Add a meaningful touch to your ring with our engraving service — whether it’s a special date, initials, or sweet nicknames, we’re happy to make it yours.

Please allow an additional 3 business days beyond your project’s completion date for engraving.

Kindly note:
-Engraved rings are not eligible for free resizing
-Eternity and almost eternity bands are not engravable due to limited space
-All engraved items are considered custom projects and are non-refundable

When placing your order, please include your exact engraving text in the “Notes to Seller” section. Be sure to specify details such as:
-Punctuation (dots, hyphens, etc.)
-Specific capitalization preferences

We use capital block font only, as it offers the clearest and most consistent result across all ring styles.

Character Limits for Engraving

-Women’s Rings (1.50mm width & over):
 Up to 15 characters (including spaces) for ring sizes 6.5 and above
 Up to 10 characters for sizes 6.25 and below

-Men’s Rings:
 Up to 25 characters (including spaces)

Engraving Placement
Engravings are typically placed on the right interior side of the ring, as the left side includes our logo and metal stamp. We do not recommend engraving the center, as it may need to be removed during future resizing.

Please double-check your engraving request — we are not responsible for typos submitted with your order.

Rings purchased within the sizes 3.5-8 are eligible for the 5-day money-back, excluding our Chic Classics Collection. Specialty sizes, such as anything under size 3.5 and over size 8, is nonrefundable. For our Chic Classics Collection, the sizes of 4-10 are eligible for a return or exchange; sizes below 4 and above 10 will be considered a specialty size. Returned items must be new and with original tags. No exceptions 🙏

    Layaway

    We are pretty flexible on the manner of which you'd like to pay. We only ask that the item be paid in full within 3 months 🙏. Please note, we will NOT start the project until the item is paid in full. Thank you in advance for understanding. Layaway option is not available for certified diamond engagement rings that are 1ct and over (center stone).

    All layaway projects are nonrefundable; this includes partial payments.

    Shipping

    ALL OUR UPS & FedEx PACKAGES REQUIRE ADULT SIGNATURE in order for package to be released + a phone number in case they need to reach you regarding your package. IF PACKAGE IS ALREADY SHIPPED OUT and you need to change your address, you will be required to pay $20-$35 to change the address. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE A CONTACT NUMBER PRIOR TO SHIPPING, we will NOT SHIP OUT the package until we receive the phone number. Our insurance company is one of the best jewelry insurance companies in the market, but they are also the strictest. Thank you for understanding.

    I didn’t know ahead of time that I had to give a signature for this delivery to be made and we were out of state. Their customer service was amazing though and my rings are absolutely gorgeous and I’ve gotten so many compliments!

    The engraving was done so well, I love the way it came out.
